Objective

Change the status of an automation rule without deleting it. When deactivated, the rule stops firing but keeps its configuration.

Before starting

• Locate the rule in the list.
• Have AUTOMATIONS: WRITE.

Step by step

1. Enter the Automations module.
2. Locate the rule.
3. In the status column, use the switch.
4. Confirm the change.

Expected result

• The rule changes its status.
• If deactivated: it stops firing even if its action occurs.
• If activated: it starts firing again.

Common errors

Operational recommendations
