Objective

Maintain the catalog of presentations (containers) used in medications: box, bottle, ampule, blister, etc. It also includes the system parameters that define the available options.

How the screen is organized

List of presentations and side drawer with the container parameters.

Available actions

  • Create presentation: high dialog with key, label and icon.
  • Edit presentation: adjust label or icon.
  • Activate or deactivate: the presentation stops being available.
  • Configure parameters: drawer with the list of system containers (PRESENTATIONS_CONTAINERS_PARAMETER_KEY).

Permissions

  • PRESENTATIONS: WRITE to create and edit.
  • PRESENTATIONS: ADMIN to delete.

Before starting

  • Define the containers that the clinic manages (for example: Box, Bottle, Ampule, Blister).
  • Know the default parameters (DEFAULT_PRESENTATIONS_PARAMETERS).

Step by step - Create

  1. Go to Catalogs -> Presentations.
  2. Click New presentation.
  3. Enter: key, label, icon.
  4. Confirm.

Step by step - Configure parameters

  1. Click the gear icon in the header.
  2. In the drawer, add, edit or delete system containers.
  3. Confirm.

Expected result

  • The presentation is registered.
  • It appears as an option in the presentation selector when capturing medication variants.
  • The system shows a success message.

  • Prescriptions: when printing or sending a prescription, the presentations appear listed.
