Create prospect
Objective
Register a new prospect (contact that is not yet a patient) to start their follow-up from the CRM.
Before starting
- Have
CRM: WRITE. - Have the prospect data: name, phone, email, origin, initial status.
Step by step
- Enter the Landing (CRM) module from the side menu.
- Click New prospect.
- The high dialog opens. Enter:
- Name and surname.
- Phone and email.
- Origin of the contact (medical recommendation, Google, Facebook, etc.).
- Initial status (by default
PENDING_CONTACT). - Notes or observations.
- Confirm with Save.
Expected result
- The prospect is registered in the CRM.
- It appears in the list and in the metrics.
- The system shows a success message.

Common errors

| Mandatory data is missing | The system highlights the fields in red. |

Operational recommendations
- Capture the origin from the first moment so the metrics and reports are correct.
- If the prospect is already a patient, consider linking them directly from the Patients module.
Relation with other modules
- Patients: the CRM linking is done when creating a patient.
- Notifications: status changes can trigger automatic rules.
- Audit log: the registration is recorded.
