Objective

Link a CRM prospect with an existing or new patient, so that the commercial follow-up is associated with the clinical record.

Before starting

  • Have the prospect registered.
  • If the patient does not yet exist, register them first.

Step by step - Linking when creating a patient

  1. Enter the Patients module.
  2. Start creating a patient.
  3. When saving, the system searches for matches with CRM prospects (findMatchingLandingContacts).
  4. If there are matches, the system shows a dialog with the matching prospects.
  5. Confirm the linking with the corresponding prospect.

Step by step - Manual linking

  1. Enter the Landing (CRM) module.
  2. Locate the prospect.
  3. Open the prospect's actions and select Link with patient.
  4. Search for the patient by name, phone or medical record.
  5. Confirm the linking.

Expected result

  • The prospect is linked to the patient.
  • The prospect's status is updated to reflect the conversion.
  • The patient has the origin and commercial history of the prospect.

Common errors

Operational recommendations

  • When creating a patient, always check if there are matches in the CRM to avoid duplicates and maintain commercial traceability.
  • Document the conversion (date and reason) for reports.

Relation with other modules

  • Patients: the linked patient receives the commercial history.
  • Notifications: the linking can trigger automatic rules.
  • Audit log: the linking is recorded.
