- Enter the Medical and staff module.

useCustomAgendaTabNameis activated, the system shows this name instead of "Dr./Dra. + name". - Medical groups in schedule: select the groups the HCP can schedule.
- Confirm with Save.
Expected result
- The HCP appears (or stops appearing) as a tab in the schedule.
- The custom name is shown if configured.
- The available services in the schedule tab are those that belong to the selected medical groups.
Pending: add screenshot of
medicos-disponibilidad-01-dialogo.png.
Common errors
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| The HCP does not appear in the schedule | Verify that showInAgendaTab is active. |
| The tab name is not personalized | Verify that useCustomAgendaTabName is active and that the field is not empty. |
| The services do not appear | Verify that the HCP's medical groups correspond to the services' groups. |
Suggested permissions
MEDICAL_STAFF: WRITE.
Operational recommendations
- For labs, use custom names like "Laboratory" or "Cryobank".
- For small groups of doctors, keep the "Dr./Dra. + name" name by default.
Relation with other modules
- Schedule: availability is reflected in the tabs and in the available services.
- Medical groups: the group change impacts the schedulable services.
- Services: services that belong to the HCP's groups become schedulable.
