Before starting

  • Locate the service in the table.
  • Have SERVICES: WRITE.

Step by step

  1. Enter the Services module.
  2. Locate the service.
  3. In the Status column, click the switch.
  4. Confirm the change (some systems ask for confirmation).

Expected result

  • The service changes its status to active or inactive.
  • If deactivated: it stops being available in the Schedule and Cash box, but continues to appear in the list and keeps its history.
  • If activated: it is again available in the flows that use it.

Pending: add screenshot of servicios-status-01-interruptor.png.

Operational recommendations

  • Deactivate instead of deleting. Deactivation preserves the history of charges, appointments and studies.
  • If the change is temporary (for example, a season), reactivate when appropriate.

Relation with other modules

  • Schedule: an inactive service does not appear in the selector when creating an appointment.
  • Cash box: an inactive service does not appear available for new charges.
  • Medical studies: studies that already have the service assigned keep the association.
