Change prospect status
Objective
Update a prospect's status to reflect the progress of the follow-up (contact, reschedule, not interested, appointment scheduled, etc.).
Before starting
- Locate the prospect in the list.
- Have
CRM: WRITE.
Step by step
- Enter the Landing (CRM) module.
- Locate the prospect (use the filters or the search).
- In the row, open the actions menu and select Change status (or the corresponding icon).
- The status change dialog (
<app-dialog-status>) opens. Select the new status. - Confirm with Save.
Expected result
- The prospect's status is updated.
- The metrics and filters reflect the change.
- The system shows a success message.

Common errors
