Schedule campaign send
Objective
Schedule the send of a marketing campaign for a future date and time, instead of sending it immediately.
Before starting
- Have the campaign ready (audience and captured message).
- Define the send date and time (with the system timezone).
Step by step
- In the Marketing module, after capturing the audience and the message, deactivate the Send now option (
sendNow). - Activate the Schedule option and capture the desired date and time.
- Confirm with Schedule.
Expected result
- The campaign is scheduled and will be sent automatically at the indicated date and time.
- The system shows a success message.
- The campaign appears as "Scheduled" until the moment of sending.

Common errors
